A natural part of our job is to lay out and place the deceased in the coffin, transport the coffin to the place of funeral service and be present in good time before the service begins so that everything is ready for the funeral. As a rule this involves coordinating flower deliveries, arranging decorations, coordinating with the priest/speaker, musicians and singers.
We take photographs as agreed, welcome relatives, distribute programmes and liaise with the speakers. We guide the public and others who may not know the place.
The company chain has its own quality manual. We call it our “tool kit”. The tool kit provides solid, reliable routines to ensure that important matters are carried out in accordance with our agreement.
